the hotel staff was cute and helpful. i received a lovely welcome note and a plate of small cakes upon arrival. the location is central with access to public transport, markets, restaurants, and bars nearby. the rooms were very clean each day.
the room lacked space for toiletries. i had to put my things on the floor in the bathroom.

the team seemed genuinely attentive. the ground floor coffee shop had a great buzz. the hotel's location proved excellent for exploring. it had nice views. i particularly appreciated the little festive wreath on every room door (it was christmas time!).
the shower head didn't function perfectly .

the hotel is near many great restaurants and designer stores. the metropolitan stop is a couple of minutes away. a bus stop right outside the hotel also offers added convenience.
